Our Focus
Apart from the modalities used in session, our primary focus is to assist clients with returning to a safe space. This safe space can be real and tangible or exist predominately in the mind and body. Safety is the number one goal in the therapeutic process. Without it, we believe, there is no ability to process or resolve the trauma held within our bodies.

How Does Therapy Work at Trauma Resolution Center of Texas?
1
Free Consultation
We will discuss your goals and see if we are a good fit for one another.
2
Initial Assessment
This will take place during the first 45-minute or 60-minute session. We will continue getting to know one another and set goals for treatment.
3
Collaborative Work
We will work together to monitor and plan for next steps in the therapeutic process. The process is not an overnight fix. Your body has lived with trauma for a long time. It will take time for your nervous system to catch up.
4
Ongoing Sessions
Ongoing sessions will be important in order to continue to monitor your nervous system and how your body is responding to treatment
"Any process that relieves intolerable reality can become an addictive process."
