Meet Jasmine

Jasmine is a compassionate therapist with extensive experience supporting adolescents, adults, and families through anxiety, depression, trauma, mood dysregulation, and life transitions. She creates a safe, collaborative space for healing and draws from evidence-based approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and strengths-based techniques—to help clients build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and foster meaningful change. Outside of her clinical work, Jasmine enjoys traveling, spending time in nature, and exploring new forms of self-care.

Background and Training

Jasmine is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). She has also completed advanced EMDR training via a bootcamp program and plans to complete her training in December of 2025. Jasmine is also trained in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and CBT-based interventions. Based on her experience in nonprofit and clinical settings, she is equipped to provide treatment for anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, behavioral concerns, and self-esteem issues.
