Meet Diane

As I reflect on my life, I recognize moments when additional support could have made a meaningful difference, inspiring me to help others navigate life’s challenges. Working with trauma survivors has strengthened my belief in each person’s capacity for healing, growth, and lasting change. I’ve supported individuals facing anxiety, relationship struggles, trauma, and addiction. As a patient, attentive listener, I use evidence-based approaches to create a safe, collaborative space for insight and growth. My experience includes working with individuals, couples, and families. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and spending time in nature.

Background and Training

I hold a Master’s in Social Work, a Bachelor’s in Family Life Education, Gottman Level Two training, and Graduate Certificates in Trauma-responsive Care and Substance Use. I am dually licensed in Texas and Michigan. In addition, I have received additional training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy which is a proven method in working with individuals who are struggling with addiction, among other issues. I tailor each session to my client and work in collaboration with the client to form goals that guide our sessions.

Populations Served

I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating difficult seasons of life. The populations I serve include those healing from trauma, struggling with addiction or unhealthy coping patterns, and working through challenging or unhealthy family dynamics. I also support couples experiencing crisis, conflict, communication difficulties, betrayal, or a loss of connection and trust. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and collaborative, helping clients better understand the patterns that keep them feeling stuck while developing healthier ways of coping, communicating, and relating to others. My goal is to provide a safe space where clients can heal, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Cost per Session

Diane charges $125 per session. She does offer sliding scale options to those who qualify.
