Meet Ina
Ina, a Licensed Master of Social Work brings both professional and personal experience to her work. As a survivor of abuse herself, she deeply understands the lasting impact of trauma.
She also serves as a Medical Social Worker in hospice care, which has strengthened her compassionate approach. Ina values authentic connection and fosters a safe, healing environment.
Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and reading—reminders of the joy in small things.
Background and Training
Ina earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Houston. She is trained in trauma-centered care, motivational interviewing, attachment theory, and family systems theory. Her experience includes hospice social work and community roles supporting individuals facing homelessness, addiction, trauma, mental health challenges, domestic violence, and postpartum transitions.
Populations Served
Ina works with adults, children, families, and Spanish-speaking individuals. She supports clients navigating trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, mental health concerns, and postpartum needs, offering compassionate, culturally informed care.
