Meet Jackie
Taking the first step toward therapy is a profound act of courage, empowerment, and self-advocacy. I view therapy as a collaborative, deeply personalized partnership—a safe, grounded space where you can pause, breathe, and arrive exactly as you are. My clinical practice bridges evidence-based psychotherapy with mindful somatic care. Grounded in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and
Commitment Therapy (ACT), and nervous system regulation, I help clients navigate life’s complexities while building self-compassion and sustainable resilience. Whether you are working through past trauma, managing anxiety or depression, or learning to work through intense anger and stress, my goal is to walk alongside you as you step into your power and reconnect with your innate strength, wisdom, and wholeness.
